Her workouts are great! I just wanted to recommend them to you if you need a fairly simple workout program and don't have cash to go buy one of them fancy exercise machines. I am able to do her workouts and I used to hate working out.

Here's a link to her exercise dvds on Amazon...

I have 2 of them...

I got this one at a Walmart. This one is for beginner to intermediate exercise.

and "Walk Away the Pounds, Intensity Walk" which is super challenging but good. This one I didn't see on Amazon. I bought this one at Target.

:dance I thought it super to discover when we talked, that you have the same dvd as I do.
But, now the Intensity Walk, is it a farther walk or what. What makes it more intense?
I may try it. Not sure

I like the Intensity Walk one. It has three different workouts on it. I have tried two of them, but still have to try the other.

The first workout on that dvd is "Super Challenge 4 mile." This one is very good but she doesn't use any weights or stretchy bands with this one. I suppose you could use them if you wanted to though. This one is 60 minutes.

The second workout is "Walk and Jog" I did this one once and haven't gone back because I think it's more difficult then any of the others I've tried because of the jogging segments. I ended up being a little worn out from it because I don't usually jog, but I look forward to going to this once I get really good at the 3 mile with weights and the 4 mile workout. This one is 30 minutes.

The last workout on this dvd is "Muscle Mile One" which is about building muscle. It says that this one has a lot of upper body exercise and it only take 20 minutes so this one might be good if you are in a hurry one day. This is the one I still have to try.

thank you for giving the info.
I am going to get that DVD.
I signed up the the email newsletter.

She has an online club also. about $30.00.
not going to do that now. But I may consider it
later. I have found that if I am reading or getting
some info on eating healthy or exercising that it
does convict me of over eating and I repent. (often).
Also it helps me find ways to actively do something
I just never considered or was unwilling to try before.
